Privacy Policy
Mawwedge Ventures ("we", "us") builds small, focused desktop tools. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
Nothing from the app itself. Fenestrae collects no telemetry, no usage data, no crash reports, and no analytics. All data the app generates — your window profiles, settings, and license key — stays on your machine in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Fenestrae.
Purchase data. When you subscribe, payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We receive your email address and a license key to deliver to you. We do not store payment card details. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy governs the checkout experience.
Support email. If you contact [email protected], we receive whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you.
Feedback form. If you submit a bug report or feature request via the feedback form on this site, we receive the content you submit. It is stored as a GitHub issue in a private repository.
License activation
Fenestrae contacts Lemon Squeezy's API once to activate your license key. After activation the app works entirely offline. No further network requests are made by the app.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. Cloudflare may log request metadata (IP address, user agent) for security and performance purposes under their own privacy policy.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to deliver the service (Lemon Squeezy for payments, Cloudflare for hosting).
Data retention
Purchase records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your issue and is deleted on request.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing [email protected]. For purchase data managed by Lemon Squeezy, contact them directly via their customer portal.
